Orders
In-stock orders will ship within 24 hours via the method the customer picks upon checkout. This shipment method can not be changed after the item has shipped from our warehouse. Order verification and shipping information will be sent via email from Survival Media Group to the customer shortly after the order is placed. Any shipping delays will be emailed to the customer as we receive them.

Shipping Method
Shipping options are available at the checkout, orders over $200.00 will require a signature upon receipt.

Damaged in Transit
If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. Please email customer service at [email protected] and you will receive instructions on how to handle the problem.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise should be returned to Survival Media Group LLC within 10 days, please email customer service at [email protected] and you will receive instructions on how to handle the problem.
